By using this website and/or participating in the COSMIQ Marketing LLC Referral Program Offer ("COSMIQ Referral Program" and/or "Referral Program" and/or "Referral Program Offer"), you automatically agree to these COSMIQ Marketing LLC Referral Program Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Referral Program promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable. COSMIQ Marketing LLC Referral Program Offer is only available to consumers 18 years or older who are U.S. citizens. You do not have to be an existing or previous COSMIQ Marketing LLC ("COSMIQ" or "COSMIQ Marketing") client to participate. COSMIQ Marketing LLC reserves the right to alter or terminate this Referral Program Offer at any time (for any reason, with or without notice), to limit the amount of Referral Program Offer bonuses you are eligible to receive, and to refuse or recover any promotion offer award/bonus if COSMIQ Marketing LLC determines it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by referee during signing of a partnership agreement (MSA, SOW, and/or MBA) with COSMIQ Marketing LLC, that any terms of the COSMIQ Marketing LLC Terms of Use have been violated or these COSMIQ Marketing LLC Referral Program Offer terms and conditions have been violated. In referring friends to contact and work with COSMIQ Marketing LLC, you are acting on behalf of COSMIQ Marketing LLC and under the supervision and control of COSMIQ Marketing LLC, and your efforts in soliciting clients to COSMIQ Marketing LLC will be limited to this referral activity. You agree to limit the information you provide in connection with the referral program offer. COSMIQ Marketing LLC is not responsible for incorrect entry or other failure on the part of the referrer and/or referees to meet conditions for the Bonus reward.
The Referral Program Offer Bonus Reward payment is $1,000.00 USD ("Offer Bonus Reward" or "Offer" or "Reward" or "Bonus") to the referrer if all criteria are met. The referee does not get paid, only the referrer does. For the referrer to qualify (meet all criteria) for an Offer Bonus Reward, on top any criteria already mentioned above, (1) the referee must mention in writing that they were referred by the referrer and provide accurate contact information before or at signing of any agreements with COSMIQ, (2) the referee must sign and work with COSMIQ Marketing through their "Expert Squad" program for at least 3 full months (no other programs, products, or services qualify for a bonus) and provide accurate contact information of the referrer, (3) the referee must have paid COSMIQ Marketing LLC in full for those 3 or more calendar months of service per their agreement, and (4) the referrer must provide accurate tax and banking information via email to contact@cosmiqmarketing.com. The bank ("Payment Account") must be a valid US bank checking or savings account that will accept ACH transfers. Failure to provide accurate tax and banking information in writing via email to contact@cosmiqmarketing.com, at your own risk, by the referrer can disqualify bonus payment. Referrer must feel comfortable sharing tax and banking information electronically via email. COSMIQ Marketing LLC will reach out to referrer via the contact information email provided by the referee, when they've reached qualification for payment. COSMIQ Marketing LLC will not remedy missed payments if incorrect contact information, tax information, and/or banking information is provided. The referrer has up to 90 days from first contact from COSMIQ Marketing LLC to the email provided to send accurate tax and banking information to receive payment. Failure to communicate and send accurate information within 90 days will disqualify referrer from receiving their offer bonus payment. Personal information collected in connection with this offer will be used in accordance with COSMIQ Marketing LLC's Privacy Policy.
